Hey, Ala! Heh, that line about characters is really the truth sometimes, isn't it? (Of course, I suppose good characters in a shaky series really stand out due to their comparative quality, as well...and then there's times when it's the characters that make me love something, like GrimGrimoire, where I enjoy the story, tolerate the gameplay, and am in love with the cast, the whole whacked-out bunch of 'em).
